Website information
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but public information may change and is provided without a promise that it is complete or uninterrupted. Links to third-party services are provided for convenience and do not make Breaking IT responsible for those services.
Software and licenses
Downloading BreakTest does not override the license shipped with the software. Community use is governed by the BreakTest Community Source License 1.0 included with each release. Customer accounts, free installation licenses, and paid offers are governed by the account Terms & EULA and any separately accepted quotation or agreement.
Permitted use
You may use the website and downloads only lawfully and may not interfere with the service, bypass access or license controls, probe systems without authorization, or use BreakTest against systems you are not authorized to test.
Intellectual property
BreakTest names, site content, and original assets remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Apache JMeter and JMeter are trademarks of the Apache Software Foundation; BreakTest is an independent project.
Liability and law
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, the free website and downloads are provided as-is. Dutch law applies, subject to any mandatory consumer or local protections that take precedence.
